All property investors that purchase a property through OzInvest after 1st July 2007 qualify for membership of the OzInvest Platinum Club. Now let’s look at the individual benefits of membership.

OzInvest Platinum Club membership provides an optional entry to the 10 Year Leaseback Program at $858 (or $16.50 per week) flat Leaseback Fee per year, a fee that cannot be raised in the first 5 years of the Leaseback Agreement. Our clients believe this option is priceless;

OzInvest Platinum Club membership provides one FREE Taxation Variation Form preparation and submission to the Tax Office worth $200. This covers your first year Taxation Variation Form submission, however the Tax Office require you to submit an updated Taxation Variation Form each year, a simple task for you or your Accountant. Using OzInvest’s designated Accountant for this first submission, it will provide your maximum available tax deductions in your pay each pay period rather than waiting for the refund at year end.

OzInvest Platinum Club membership provides a FREE Independent Builders Report worth $250. Using OzInvest’s designated Building Inspector, this ensures your home has conformed to all building codes and that any building defects are identified and rectified under normal Builder’s Warranty provisions.

OzInvest Platinum Club membership provides FREE Personal MyOzInvest.com.au website, where you can see photo’s of your properties and keep up to date with OzInvest activities and events.

OzInvest Platinum Club membership provides a 50% reduction in Leaseback Fee on any second property purchased through OzInvest after 1st July 2007. This is worth $4,290 over 10 years.

OzInvest Platinum Club membership provides No Leaseback Fee on any third and subsequent properties purchased through OzInvest after 1st July 2007. This is worth $8,580 per property in the Leaseback Program over 10 years.

OzInvest Platinum Club membership provides for the special pre-release of any new Estates and/or properties before the general public announcements, providing the “pick of the estates” for our clients.
