What do OzInvest do?
OzInvest are a property investment sales service that provide safe and secure brand new residential house and land property investments in growth suburbs in major growth regions of Australia, with an optional guaranteed income stream for 10 years on all properties. We are licensed Real Estate Agents providing a one-stop service for property investors including:
Market analysis to determine where investing in real estate provides the best opportunity for short to medium term capital growth with reasonable rental yields;
Determination of the most reputable land vendors within those real estate markets;
Identification and liaison with local builders to provide the most cost-effective house and land property investment package prices;
Preparation of all marketing materials for the selected real estate investment packages;
Marketing of the OzInvest value proposition to identify would-be property investors;
Negotiating the house and land package with the prospective property investor including assistance with real estate finance if required;
Liaising with the Solicitors, Land Vendors, Builders and Lenders to ensure the involvement from the new property investor is minimal in the approvals process;
Expedite the settlement of the land component after property finance has been unconditionally approved;
Expedite the building contract as soon as practical after the land settlement;
Liaise with the builder during the building project to ensure speedy completion;
Market the property to prospective tenants as soon as practical; and
Manage the property on behalf of the new property investor to ensure maximum rental yields and minimal property maintenance.
How much does it cost me?
Our services in helping you identify the right investment property in the right real estate market are free. We are paid standard real estate commissions by the land developers and builders. All investment properties are at fair market value, supported by independent real estate valuations by your own lender of choice.
We have a small $1,000 Administration Fee for the liaison services we provide, however this fee is eliminated if you use OzInvest Finance to finance the property AND our Panel Conveyancer. In addition, we provide you with a FREE Quantity Surveyors Report to ensure you maximise your tax deductions for your property worth $550 if you choose to use OzInvest Finance.
The Administration Fee is fully refunded should your finance not be approved.
What makes us different?
We make the process of real estate investing easy. Our primary differentiator in the market is our flexible 10 Year Leaseback Guarantee where we become your primary tenant and guarantee your rental income at fair market rental values for the next 10 years. We then sub-let the property to the occupying tenant, and manage the property for you, so that you can get on with your life and not have to allocate any time to the tedious tasks of finding tenants and maintenance inspections.

Why House and Land?
The scarce commodity in Australia's capital cities is land. Land appreciates as it becomes harder to find and more costly to develop, whereas buildings depreciate. Focusing on a strong land component will ensure you will always have capital gain, thereby maximising your short-to-meduim term capital growth and minimising any risk.
What price are your properties?
We sell brand new properties right in the middle (median) price ranges of Australian homes at between $280,000 to $440,000. This ensures that you will always have the maximum number of tenants available, and also the maximum number of available buyers should you ever have to sell the property.
Why not Units or Townhouses?
Medium to high density housing always has a Body Corporate. This adds to your holding costs. When offering properties in the median price ranges, Body Corporate fees can drive total holding costs to over 50% of the rental income.
Also, historically medium density housing has not risen in price as much as houses with land component.
